The Miniature Maker

Hello my name is Janet and when I’m not running around looking after my husband and two teenage sons I lock myself into my workshop and 1/12^th scale dolls house miniatures covering many different styles and eras.

I have no particular speciality as I like to make whatever takes my fancy at any given time.One minute working with beautiful silks and antique lace and the next ageing a piece of furniture to look battered and worn.

 I am also a great fan of fantasy stories, Harry Potter and Terry Pratchett being my favourites so wizards, witches and bubbling cauldrons can often feature in my work.
