Stu Mandry...

Stu Mandry began painting in 1992 whilst recovering from a car accident.  Producing work in Watercolours, Oils and Acrylics, he held his first exhibition in the mid 1990s and currently has pieces of work held in private collections all over the UK. His work has won him several awards and has been used by large companies and charities for greetings cards and advertising.

As a challenge, Stu recently started to paint on a much smaller scale - and caught the miniatures bug!  He now paints in 1/12 and 1/24 scale and specialises in landscapes, still life and architectural subjects.  Most of his work is painted in Artist's quality Acrylics onto smooth 250gsm Bristol board.  All finished paintings are then varnished prior to framing.

He has recently developed a website, www.dollshouseart.com, to allow his work to be seen by dollshouse enthusiasts, miniature collectors, and by anyone else interested. Virtually all paintings shown on the site are for sale. However, if you're looking for something in particular, Stu is happy to take commissions.
